Statins Help Obese People After Bypass Surgery (HealthDay)
The sour smell is generally associated with spoiled milk and or fermentation. When milk or other foods ferment, break apart, a sour smell is produced. Spoiled milk smells sour. The excessive consumption of dairy products tends to cause a sour smell. Digestion in the stomach is also a souring process, which is why everyone tends to have a slight sour smell. An excessive sour smell is generally caused by poor digestion, overeating, etc. Correct diet can significantly reduce sour body odor.
The stomach is the first digestive organ to receive food, which it mixes with hydrochloric acid (HCl) and other enzymes, designed to digest animal protein and fat. This mixture sits and ferments, sours before being sent down to the small intestines for further digestion and absorption.
Food that spends too long of a time in the stomach tends to create excess fermentation, sour smell that accumulates and overflows, rises up through the breath, skin, armpits, etc.
Why would food spend too long of a time in the stomach, causing excess fermentation?
1. Overeating. Quantity spoils quality.
2. Disorderly eating. Eating raw foods, salads and fruits and or cold drinks at the beginning of the meal. Eating mostly protein, fat and starch. Eating late bulk carnitine late at night. The small intestines are 22 feet in length. You need to use them all, spread the food.
3. Low protein and low fat diet, in the extreme, tends to weaken digestion, movement of food, increasing fermentation, sour smell.
4. High carbohydrate diets (salads, raw vegetables, fruit, especially tropical, juices, etc.), in excess, dilute and weaken digestion, acid and enzymes, movement of food leading to indigestion, excess fermentation, sour smell.
5. Weak digestion caused by poor diet, menstruation (avoid salads, raw foods, dairy, cold drinks), purchase co enzyme q10 while laying down, sedentary lifestyle, tight clothing, belts, etc.
6. Excess weight. If you are ten to twenty pounds overweight, that excess weight is not only fat and water that bulk caffeine powder around your abdomen and thighs but also pushes against the blood vessels (arteries, veins) and organs (stomach, small intestines, etc.) slowing and or obstructing the flow of blood and food.
